SECTION 1

• While in/using the AdminNow servers you may not: Engage in any activities that would cause excessive distress or slander upon any other person; transmit or copy any data that is not owned, licensed by you, is obscene or racially/ethically objectionable.


• Any customer caught Hacking the AdminNow servers or the equipment on which it runs will have their service terminated and will not receive a refund. This includes in game hacks, hacking the routers, switches, or the operating system on the machine itself, or through any other type of access (such as FTP, Telnet, SSH, etc).


• The customer will be responsible for cancelling the subscription in the event of service termination. This includes terminations due to Terms of Service breaches as well as customer requests for service cancellation. AdminNow will not be responsible for charges incurred due to a customer's failure to cancel his/her subscription. No refunds will be given, even if you cancel your subscription.

SECTION 2

Admin Rules:

1. Refrain from doing anything that will take the fun away from playing. This is defined on a case by case basis by either a senior admin or by a majority of admins.


2. Before changing anything that will affect all players on the server, ask the other admins for their opinions. The setting most admins agree on should be used. If there is a tie, then let the public decide via amx_vote.


3. NEVER under any circumstances use your admin on another admin.


4. Your personal passwords may not be given to anyone. Sharing your admin access is not permitted.


5. Map timelimits may never be set to more than 120 minutes.


6. Advertising any website other than AdminNow on AdminNow servers and/or chat is strictly prohibited.


7. Respect all admins, no matter the circumstances. If you have a problem, report it.


8. Do not use yout powers in an abusive nature. If you receive 5 or more complaints about being excessively abusive with your admin powers, your account will be suspended or terminated.


9. Failure to comply with these rules could result in a loss of admin with no refund.


10. We reserve the right to revoke your admin privileges at any time for any reason with no refund.

SECTION 3

The customer agrees not to commit any actions which will lower the performance of the game server, the other game servers on the machine, or the machine itself. The customer will not alter any of the settings that affect bandwidth, or CPU usage of the game servers. These settings include, but are not limited to: sys_ticrate, sv_maxupdaterate, sv_maxrate, netservermaxtickrate. Any customer who violates/alters these settings and conditions will be have their admin terminated with no refund.
